Loler and Puwer Testing

A regular BAGMA Thorough Examination or Loler test can highlight any safety issues. You will of course, get the best out of your new or used farm equipment if its in peak condition.
Safe and successful lifting operations depend, in large part, on the continued safety of the lifting equipment and accessories that are used. Failures in this kind of equipment can result in significant or even fatal injuries. Health and safety law therefore places a number of specific obligations on those providing, controlling and using lifting equipment to properly manage these risks.

LOLER Testing

Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations . These vey important checks have been a legal requirement since 1988 in order to minimize risk and injury in the workplace for those using lifting equipment
Lifting equipment and its accessories include e.g. telehandlers and forklifts
The intervals for testing will vary on the type of equipment but will be either 6 or 12 months

PUWER Testing

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations also became Law in 1988 and therefore is also a legal requirement If you are an employer or self-employed person and you provide equipment for use at work, or if you have control of the use of equipment, then the Regulations will generally apply to you.
Arwels Agri Services have now fully qualified engineers approved and available to carry out your LOLER/PUWER testing.
